If you already have the measurements, do send them: they help us understand the scale of the spend. They remain a guide, though, not the figures we order on, because a window made to wrong measurements cannot be adjusted, it has to be made again.

No. After the site visit the quote is the quote, item by item. The things that can complicate the job, an opening out of square, an old frame to remove, a sill to make good, we look for beforehand precisely so as not to discover them once work has started.

If it is you who changes your mind along the way, on the colour or the type of glass for instance, we rewrite the quote before ordering: you see the difference in black and white and you decide with that in front of you.

Yes. The form covers anything from one or two openings up to a whole house, and neither case strikes us as odd. We come and measure even for one piece, and the site visit is free regardless.

One thing is worth knowing though: replacing several openings in the same visit costs less than fitting one today and another in six months, because the site only opens once. If you are thinking of going step by step, say so at the site visit and we will work out how to group them.
