In winter you feel the cold if you sit near the glass, and the radiator stays on longer than it should.
In the morning there is condensation on the frame, and you have already seen the first dark patches on the wood.
You hear the traffic, the neighbours, the wind. Inside the house it is never really quiet.
These are three different ways of saying the same thing: the windows have had their day. The good news is that it takes a few days of work, without touching the walls, and part of the cost comes back through the Italian tax deduction.

Cutting, assembly and checking, we do it all ourselves in Via dell'Industria. That means measurements checked twice, lead times that depend on us, and one single person to talk to, from the quote to the final check.

We adjust every sash with you there. If something shifts a year later, we come back.

Which areas do you cover?
Along the coast between Giulianova and Grottammare and across the whole Val Vibrata: Martinsicuro, Villa Rosa, Alba Adriatica, Tortoreto, Colonnella, Corropoli, Nereto, Sant'Egidio, Ancarano, San Benedetto del Tronto, Porto d'Ascoli, Monteprandone, Spinetoli. We also reach Teramo and Ascoli Piceno. If you are just outside, call us: we will still come and take a look.
Is the quote really free?
Yes, the site visit and the quote cost nothing and commit you to nothing. We come and measure, we look at the state of the frames and we leave you a written document with the items set out separately. If you decide not to go ahead, that is the end of it.
How long from order to fitting?
It depends on the product and on the time of year. Made-to-measure windows have to be manufactured; insect screens and awnings are quicker. We give you an indicative date on the quote itself and we keep you posted if anything changes.
Do you have to knock the walls about to fit new windows?
In most cases, no. If the old frame is in good condition the new one can go over it; otherwise the old window comes out and we work on the opening only. Either way we cover the furniture, clean up and take the waste away.
Do you handle the tax deduction paperwork as well?
Yes. We prepare the documents you need and we take care of the ENEA filing within the deadline. We also tell you what to write in the payment reference on the bank transfer, which is the most common mistake and the easiest to avoid.
Can I come and see the products in person?
Of course, we are at Via dell'Industria 10 in Martinsicuro. Open Monday to Friday 08:00 - 12:15 and 14:00 - 18:15, Saturday morning 08:00 - 12:15. Handling a profile yourself says more than any catalogue.
