During opening hours the premises are open. A phone call first only helps if you are coming for a specific product, so we can have it ready.
We only write to you about your job
No newsletter and no data passed to third parties. What you send us is used to prepare the quote and it stays there.

Where can I park when I come to your premises?
We are at Via dell'Industria 10, in the light industrial area of Martinsicuro, outside the town centre: you do not have to cross any restricted traffic zone to get here. The map link above opens driving directions from wherever you are.
If you are coming in a large vehicle or need to load something, let us know with a call before you set off: we will tell you where it is best to stop.
Do I need an appointment to come and see you?
During opening hours the premises are open and you can drop by without arranging anything. A call first helps both of us though: if you are coming for a specific product we can get it ready, and if we happen to be on site we can tell you what time we are back.
For a site visit at your home an appointment is always needed: we agree a day and a time slot, so you know when to expect us and you are not stuck at home for nothing.

How long do you take to reply?
Within 24 working hours. That goes for emails, for WhatsApp messages and for the quote form. The clock starts on the first day we are open, so a message left on Saturday afternoon gets an answer on Monday.

Can I write to you on WhatsApp?
Yes, the number is the same as the phone: +39 328 329 5757. On WhatsApp you can also send photos of the windows to be replaced, which is the most useful thing for getting an idea before we come and measure.
The photos help us frame the job, they do not replace the site visit: we take the measurements on the spot, because two openings that look identical almost never really are.
Can I send you the measurements myself instead of having someone come out?
You can send them and they help us understand the scale of the job. We write the final quote after the site visit, though, because on an opening we have to check that it is square, the state of the old frame, the sill and how the reveal is built.
It protects you more than it protects us: a window made to badly taken measurements cannot be adjusted, it has to be made again.
Are you open on Saturday?
Yes, on Saturday morning from 08:00 to 12:15. Monday to Friday we are open 08:00 - 12:15 and 14:00 - 18:15. We are closed on Sunday.
If Saturday morning is the only time you can come by, let us know the day before: the samples of whatever interests you will already be out.
Do the site visit and the quote cost anything?
No, they are free and commit you to nothing. We come and measure, we look at the state of the windows you have and we leave you a written quote with the items set out separately. If you decide not to go ahead, that is the end of it.
Nothing changes even if you live in one of the further towns we cover: we do not put the trip on the bill.
