About us
We have been making made-to-measure windows and doors since 1990. The office, the workshop and the fitters are all ours, at Via dell'Industria 10, on the border between the province of Teramo and the Piceno area.
The workshop
A workshop in Via dell'Industria, not a catalogue
This is where the profiles are cut, assembled and checked before they go on the van. It means we check the measurements ourselves, that the lead times depend on us, and that if something needs adjusting it happens a few kilometres from your home and not in a warehouse halfway across Italy.

The way we work
Whoever takes the measurements is whoever comes to fit
We do not subcontract the fitting to outside crews. The site visit, the preparation in the workshop and the installation are all done by our own people, and that changes two concrete things. The first is that whoever measures looks at the opening with the eye of someone who will later have to work on it, so they notice straight away if a frame is out of square or if the wall will not hold a fixing. The second is that when you call about an adjustment you do not have to tell the story from the beginning: whoever answers knows which house you mean.
The site visit and the quote are free and commit you to nothing. On the quote we write the materials by name, brand included, item by item: profile, glass, hardware and installation. If an item is not needed we take it out; if one more is needed we tell you beforehand, not once work has started.

The area
How far we go, and why the radius is this one
We work along the coast and inland on both sides of the river Tronto. On this side Martinsicuro, Villa Rosa, Alba Adriatica, Tortoreto, Giulianova, and further inland Colonnella, Corropoli, Nereto, Sant'Egidio alla Vibrata, Ancarano. On the other side of the river San Benedetto del Tronto, Porto d'Ascoli, Grottammare, Monteprandone and Spinetoli. We also reach Teramo and Ascoli Piceno.
The radius is not a commercial choice, it follows from the way we work: if you install with your own people, you have to be able to come back without it being a journey. If you live just outside this list, call us anyway; we will still come out and tell you straight away whether it makes sense or not.

Where are you and how do I get there?
We are at Via dell'Industria 10 in Martinsicuro, province of Teramo, a short distance from the border with the Marche region: from San Benedetto del Tronto and Porto d'Ascoli it is a few minutes by car.

Can I come and see the products in person?
Yes, and it is what we recommend doing before choosing. At our premises you will find windows fitted and working: you judge a handle by holding it, and a cut section of profile says more than ten pages of catalogue.
You can drop by during opening hours without an appointment. If you send us a couple of lines first, though, we can arrange for someone to be free to take their time with you.
Do you also work outside the province of Teramo?
Yes. Besides the Teramo coast and the Val Vibrata we work regularly in the Piceno area: San Benedetto del Tronto, Porto d'Ascoli, Grottammare, Monteprandone, Spinetoli, and we go as far as Ascoli Piceno. The other way we come down to Giulianova and Teramo.
If you live just beyond that, call us anyway and we will see: the site visit costs nothing and we can tell straight away whether the job can be followed the way we want to follow it, which means after the fitting too.
Do you do repairs as well, or only new installations?
We also work on windows that are already fitted: adjusting sashes that no longer close, replacing gaskets, hardware, handles, shutter straps and broken glass.
If the window did not come out of our workshop we look at it case by case, because on some old or discontinued profiles the original spare parts no longer exist. In that case we tell you straight away, rather than leaving you waiting for a part that will never arrive.
How long has Diva Infissi been going?
Since 1990, always in Martinsicuro. We say so because in this trade continuity is a concrete guarantee and not a boast: the day a gasket needs changing or a sash needs adjusting, whoever fitted that window has to still be reachable at the same address.
It is also the reason we do not work far from here. Going back to a customer a few kilometres away is routine; going back two provinces away is not, and sooner or later people stop doing it.
What is the difference between a window maker and a window retailer?
A retailer sells the product and relies on outside crews for the fitting: the installation is a service they buy from someone else, so if something moves a year later the responsibility bounces between two different companies.
A window maker works the window and installs it. We are right here: we prepare in the Martinsicuro workshop and fit with our own fitters, so the glass, the profile, the hardware and the installation all answer to the same person.
Which brands do you work with?
REHAU for uPVC profiles, PONZIO for aluminium and security front doors, BETTIO for insect screens, TEMPOTEST for awning fabrics, VEPA for removable panoramic glazing.
We name them on the quote. It helps you compare two offers on the same basis, and it helps us avoid having to defend ourselves against comparisons made with products neither of us has seen.
How do I ask for a quote?
Whichever way you prefer: the questionnaire here on the site, a phone call, a WhatsApp message or an email. The questionnaire is handy because in a minute it tells us the type of job, how many windows and what state they are in, and it lets you attach a photo.
Then we arrange the site visit, which is free and with no obligation. We measure every opening one by one, because two windows that look identical almost never are, and the written quote comes out of that.
